An archelle is a Belgian term for a little shelf in the kitchen or dining room with hooks for hanging any container or utensil with a handle. The name dates back to the previous owner who was Belgian and the present owner-chef has kept the tradition. The building used to house a butcher’s shop and the ironwork of the façade recalls the Eiffel style.
